Gas nitriding with automated control (control of nitriding potential Kn and Kc for nitrocarburizing), low-pressure nitriding, ionic nitriding (or plasma nitriding), bi-process nitriding (sequences of gas and plasma processes linked in the same installation), ASPN nitriding (active screen plasma nitriding) are all examples of our possibilities.
Nitriding considerably improves resistance to wear, seizure, fatigue and corrosion through post-treatment (post-oxidation).
This treatment provides excellent dimensional control thanks to its very low level of deformation. For example, safety parts such as aircraft engine bearings are nitrided.
