Job description:
Our THERMI-GARONNE facility, which specializes in heat treatment, is looking for two plant operators for the afternoon shift or a 2×8 schedule.
Our company has been experiencing steady growth, with revenue rising consistently over the past five years. We are EN 9100 certified and NADCAP accredited.
Your tasks :
- Handle manufacturing orders according to the established schedule
- Prepare and load parts into furnaces
- Operate equipment, start up and monitor processes in accordance with the production schedule
- Follow the oven settings
- Oversee and approve production steps
- Conduct quality checks and identify non-conformities
- Handle parts and operate the necessary logistics equipment
Profile:
With a technical background in mechanics, materials, aerospace, and surface treatment, plus industry experience, you are thorough, detail-oriented, and enjoy versatile work that encourages independence.
You will join a team of heat treatment professionals who are dedicated and responsive, and committed to meeting their customers' expectations.
