Your tasks :

• Oversee the site's quality management system and ensure that processes comply with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS): reviews, internal audits, monitoring of indicators, and action plans.
• Ensure the review, verification, and approval of quality release files, including, in particular, heat treatment specifications and related compliance documentation.
• Manage non-conformities and customer complaints, analyze the root causes, and oversee corrective actions as well as requests for exceptions when necessary.
• Lead and coordinate the site’s continuous improvement initiative in collaboration with the operational teams.
• Prepare, coordinate, and monitor audits (internal, client, and certification) and support the teams.
• Ensure that production resources meet the required standards.
• Contribute to design reviews and risk analyses in coordination with production.
• Supervise a quality technician.

Profile required:

• Technical background in engineering or materials processing, with experience in quality assurance at an industrial site
• Understanding Heat Treatment Processes
• Be proficient in written and spoken English
• Use problem-solving methods (FMEA, 8D, etc.)
• AMS 2750 Knowledge
• Languages: English
