Your tasks : 

• As a Heat Treatment Process Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and improving manufacturing processes at our production facility.

• Design and optimize heat treatment processes to ensure efficient, high-quality production.

• You will be responsible for analyzing existing processes to identify areas for improvement.

• You will propose innovative solutions to optimize performance, reduce costs, and improve operational safety.

• Close collaboration with the production and quality teams to implement methods and monitor operational performance will be essential.

• You will provide training to the teams to ensure they fully understand and implement the new methods.

This position requires a high degree of technical rigor and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure the coherence and effectiveness of the new methods being implemented.

Profile required:

Engineer in materials science, metallurgy, industrial processes, or an equivalent field (e.g., ENSIL, ESIREM, INSA, INP PHELMA…), specializing in metallic materials

• Experience in industrial heat treatment, ideally with high-value-added parts and in a demanding environment (aerospace, automotive, mechanical engineering, etc.)
• You are thorough, curious, and organized, and you are a good team player.
• You have strong adaptability skills. Your communication skills facilitate the transfer of knowledge to operational teams, thereby strengthening team cohesion and collective effectiveness.
