We are currently looking for aProduction Coordinatorto support our field teams and contribute to our workshop’s performance.

 

Your Assignment

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, with no direct supervisory responsibilities, you will coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Plant Operators to ensure that heat treatment processes run smoothly and that quality, safety, and deadline requirements are met, while also supporting the teams’ professional development.

 

Coordinate production activities

  • Prioritize tasks based on the production workload.
  • Ensure that instructions are properly communicated between teams.
  • Ensure that operations run smoothly and anticipate production issues.
  • Support teams in achieving their safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Workshop Manager and report any difficulties encountered.

 

Developing skills

  • Welcome and onboard new employees and temporary workers.
  • Train operators on workstations, equipment, and best practices.
  • Identify training needs and contribute to the development of technical skills.

 

Ensuring the Quality of Treatment

  • Prepare, perform, and monitor treatments in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
  • Monitor system parameters and analyze deviations.
  • Implement initial corrective actions in the event of an anomaly.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction through flawless production.

 

Contribute to the reliability of the facilities

  • Ensure that first-level maintenance tasks are performed.

 

Your profile

You have a technical degree (two- or three-year program) in metallurgy, materials science, materials processing, mechanical engineering, or an equivalent field.

You have a proven track record of success in an industrial setting (heat treatment, metallurgy, automotive, aerospace, specialty processes, maintenance, or production).

You enjoy being out in the field, sharing your expertise, and helping teams grow.
