Description of the job’s key duties:

Reporting to the Group Sales Department and working closely with site management and sales engineers, you willprovide active and operational support for sales activitiesin a demanding and technical industrial environment.

Your main responsibilities:

At the heart of our business operations, you will play an active role in implementing and optimizing the group’s initiatives:

Business development support:

  • Identify and qualify targeted prospects in line with sales strategies
  • Receive, review, and route incoming inquiries (price quotes, requests for information, etc.)
  • Serve as the link between market needs and the sales teams
  • Organize and coordinate trade shows and professional events (planning, participation, follow-up)
  • Help design, update, and distribute communication materials
  • Manage the website and implement marketing automation, email marketing, and digital communication campaigns

Management of tools and sales data:

  • Ensure the reliability and up-to-date status of customer data in the CRM, in conjunction with the ERP
  • Support the rollout and use of the CRM system within the Group
  • Provide operational support to the sales teams regarding tools (CRM, ERP, digital tools)
  • Coordinate projects related to sales support, marketing, and communications
  • Manage relationships with external service providers and suppliers
  • Provide administrative support

Profile required:

  • Business or technical background, ideally with technical knowledge of mechanics and/or materials, plus at least 5 years of experience in a sales role within a technical industrial environment, where you have developed your practical approach and ability to adapt.
  • Strong interest in industrial B2B environments.
  • Applied marketing knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a commitment to customer service, curiosity, and an interest in technical fields.
  • Diligence, organization, responsiveness, and versatility.
  • Fluency in English is required: both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in computer software: Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP, and communication tools.
